1General Terms & Conditions

• Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days to process.

If a payment is held up or delayed for any reason, please contact our support team. Keep your payment slip or transaction ID on hand — it will help resolve the issue faster. 23bajee does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from 23bajee:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may require additional verification.

23bajee reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected. Additional documentation may be requested in such cases.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

23bajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Please review the following terms before using them:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (Wagering Requirement) — typically ranging from 20x to 40x.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified time limit after activation.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings earned through a bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Misuse of any promotional terms will result in the bonus being voided.

6Betting Rules & Prohibited Activities

To ensure fair and transparent betting on 23bajee, the following rules must be observed:

• The use of bots, automated software, or any artificial aids is strictly prohibited.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event to gain bonus value (arbitrage) may result in cancellation.
• Exploiting any technical errors or incorrect odds is strictly prohibited.

If a technical error results in incorrect odds or incorrect payouts, 23bajee reserves the right to void the affected bets and issue a refund. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, 23bajee's decision shall be final.

7Account Closure & Suspension

23bajee may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of terms or any fraudulent activity.
• Registering with incorrect or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to fraudulent activity.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

23bajee is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want our users to play for entertainment, not out of compulsion. To support this, we offer:
